Gregg Apirian is Korbyt’s Chief Experience Officer where he is responsible for driving optimal business value for the global customer base. With a passion for building successful brands and enduring customer relationships, Gregg is responsible for all aspects of the customer journey, including go to market strategy, customer acquisition, education, engagement, and success. Having spent nearly two decades operating as a leader for companies at the intersection of content, marketing and technology, Gregg also served as the Senior Director of Advisory Services at SocialChorus where he designed and delivered strategic advisory services helping Fortune 500 brands achieve platform adoption and growth. Gregg also previously served as the Managing Director at Vignette, an employee experience agency where he helped transform and grow the agency as a leader in its category. Gregg started his career in the entertainment industry after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Studies from Syracuse University. Gregg is also a thought leader in the internal communications community. He regularly creates content for online publications, delivers webinars, writes white papers, and with great enthusiasm speaks at industry conferences.
